This 22-acre sustainable campus park is a significant presence along the I-95 corridor. The existing stormwater management pond was reconfigured, creating a dynamic setting for the building and providing a large amenity which draws employees out into the landscape. Lawn and dining terraces, an exercise path/bridge and fitness equipment located throughout the property encourage and accommodate employee functions.
