My favorite shrub is the Oakleaf Hydrangea.

Joan has been designing and implementing residential, commercial, and pubic projects for the last 24 years. Joan teaches Planting Design in the Graduate School of Professional Studies at George Washington University. Her professional lectures and workshops include several at the US Botanic Garden and National Building Museum. Joan’s work has been featured on CNN, Fox5 News, Pool and Spa, Washington Post, Luxury Homes and Sports Illustrated. She is devoted to making sure that everyone in the firm gets a chance to learn and grow in our studio’s collaborative environment.
